We've seen many changes over the years, yet our core values remain unchanged: we offer real-life choices for people with disabilities, their families and supporters.
Experience counts -we have a dedicated management team and support staff, some of who've been with Distinctive Options since its inception. The focus is always on you as an individual and the support that you need to live your best life possible.
We specialise in group based activities, individualised supports, pathways to employment and travel adventures.

Working together to build real life skills, our group based activities provide great opportunities for social interaction and personal development.
Activities are designed to build skills for life, to participate in the community and foster ongoing social connections.
From playing team sports to building skills in literacy, arts, and event management or enjoying cooking, self advocacy and volunteering opportunities, you have the opportunity to enjoy a great variety of activities to suit your wants and needs.

Jane O’Leary
Business Development Manager, Victoria
Jane has worked in a number of roles at Distinctive Options, including senior positions within support services, since she joined the organisation in 2005.
Elena Cochin
Coordinator Sunbury Groups
Elena joined Distinctive Options as a support worker in 2009. She developed new activities with a focus on sports, health and nutrition to build participants' skills, resilience and well being.
As Coordinator Group Supports Sunbury, Elena continues to develop a great variety of opportunities to support participants to meet their goals.

Deborah joined Distinctive Options in November 2021 in ILS, as the Relationship and Communication Officer, before moving in to the ILS Coordinator role.
