We believe that nutrition is a critical part of health and wellness. Our team will support individuals in learning the benefits of nutrition and how to make life-long healthier choices. From choosing healthy options to preparing nutritious meals, we’re with you all the way.
Having a healthy relationship with food is so important. Practice making simple meals for yourself that you’ll be able to create back at home. You'll learn important skills like pouring and spooning the correct measurement of ingredients into scales. You’ll learn important details around food hygiene, and be able to prepare ingredients like a pro. Our cooking activities will give you the skills and confidence to cook your favourite meals, in your own time.
From little things, big things grow, you’ll be able to tend to our garden and make it your own. You’ll enjoy the aromas, tastes and textures of the food and herbs that you grow, whilst learning important horticultural skills.

Meditation is for everyone and has been practiced for centuries throughout the world. Get active and enjoy a sense of friendly competition and personal achievement. You can participate in a mixture of sports, such as basketball, cricket, football, darts, bocce and lots, lots more. With our local affiliations we are able to offer you a wide range of options to get you moving. In addition, you can join our annual trip to the Tri State Games - an annual sporting event generally held for two years by a host region for one week every November.
